Appointments are usually available Mondays to Fridays 10am to 6pm.

Appointments include 50 minutes of direct client time and 10 minutes indirect time (time used for charting, prep, and clean up).

When booking an appointment please provide your child’s name and date of birth as the client information (not your own). You can include your name in the “Parent/Guardian” field. Please use an email address that you check often as the intake form and booking information will be sent to the email on file.

Diana is on the Registry of Autism Service Providers (RASP) list and can directly bill to autism funding. You will need to sign a Request to Pay form during your first visit in order for Diana to directly bill.

Please email any relevant assessment or school reports prior to your first visit.

Please complete the intake form no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Please contact to book virtual (teletherapy) visits and in-home assessments.

If you book an appointment and do not show up, please note you will be charged the full cost of the appointment. You will also be required to pay a full deposit before you are able to book another appointment.
